Yes - Kamila and Kari (Licensed Mental Health Therapists) are accepting new clients to the waitlist today, and we’re actively growing our clinical and wellness team. The best way to be seen early is to join the waitlist.

Add your name, email, and the services you are interested in. As we open and as new providers join, we’ll reach out in the order we receive requests, matching you with the right person for what you’re looking for.

No referral is needed; you can come to us directly. If a specific service ever requires one, we’ll let you know when you reach out.

Some clients choose to see a provider who isn’t in their network, or to pay privately for more flexibility and privacy. We’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reach out and we’ll walk you through the cost for the provider you’re interested in.

Yes! Our clinical services are available both in person at our Northeast Minneapolis space and virtually across Minnesota, allowing you to choose what fits your life. Most wellness services are in-person only.

Yes - that’s the whole idea. Your clinical and wellness care can work together in one place. You’re also welcome to come for just one kind of care.

No. Our wellness offerings are open to you whether or not you’re seeing one of our clinicians.

At this time we’re a space for adults through every stage of life. Birthing parents are welcome to bring their babies to parent and baby classes, as well as to some sessions and services (check with your provider or instructor).

We have on site parking and an elevator that leads to our suite on the 4th floor. We want everyone to feel welcome and able to access the space. Reach out with any accessibility needs — parking, entry, or otherwise — and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
