Lisa Ocker PMHNP-BC
I am a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner, earning my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The College of St. Scholastica in 2011 and my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from University of Kansas in 2019.
I am passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal mental health through
compassionate, evidence-based medication management using a holistic and integrative approach to care. I have experience treating a variety of mental health conditions, including
anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and insomnia, while recognizing the important role that life stressors, relationships, and environmental factors play in overall well-being.
I have a special interest in treating depression, anxiety, brain fog, sleep disturbances, and mood changes related to perimenopause, menopause, and premenstrual disorders. My goal is to partner with patients to create personalized treatment plans that support lasting mental wellness
and improved quality of life.
