EMDR Deep Processing & Integration Package 10 Sessions

Designed for deeper, multi-layered trauma work

This 10-session package offers a more spacious and supportive container for individuals with complex trauma, long-standing patterns, or multiple experiences contributing to ongoing distress.

With additional time, the work can unfold at a pace that prioritizes regulation, embodiment, and long-term change.

Includes:

• 10 × 90-minute EMDR sessions

• Preparation and stabilization

• Processing of multiple trauma targets

• Integration for lasting nervous-system regulation

• Support for relational, developmental, or chronic trauma patterns

$4,500 total

A Note on Private-Pay & Adjunctive Care

These EMDR packages are private-pay only and are not billed to insurance. This allows for:

• Longer session lengths

• Flexible pacing based on nervous-system capacity

• Depth work without diagnosis-driven constraints

Many clients use these packages alongside individual therapy, couples therapy, or other modalities when trauma begins to surface and needs focused attention before continuing other work. This is not a requirement and EMDR can be used without other therapies.

Why 90-Minute Sessions?

Trauma work requires time for:

• Grounding and nervous-system regulation

• EMDR processing

• Integration and closure

Ninety-minute sessions reduce the risk of dysregulation and allow you to leave feeling more settled, supported, and resourced.
