Job Summary:

As a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy, following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.

  • Review patient records, assess mental health status, and develop treatment plans.

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, and provide relevant education.

  • Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.

  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

  • Attend continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.

  • Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.

  • Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.

  • Maintain and update professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops.

Additional Details:

Full-time or part-time (FT preferred), 1099 independent 

All pay is commissions-based compensation based on billable services.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Licensures/Certifications:

  • Licensed as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board.

  • Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

Strongly Preferred:

One or more of the following specialties:

  • Works with children under the age of 13 years old

  • Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.

  • Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients.
