With nearly 20 years of experience, Kaya is a Master-Level Practitioner and graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Science. Her practice focuses on clients dealing with complex physical conditions and unresolved pain—particularly in cases where traditional methods have provided limited relief.
Kaya has worked at high-end resorts and boutique spas across Hawaii and has served as a massage therapy contractor for luxury hotels, including the Westin and Hotel Ivy. She has also worked extensively with professional and collegiate athletes, including players from the Minnesota Vikings, Golden Gophers, and Minnesota Wild, specializing in complex muscular issues, injury recovery, and performance maintenance.
Her therapeutic sessions integrate Somatic Breathing, Trigger Point Therapy, and Neuromuscular Release with advanced techniques such as Kinesiology, Range of Motion assessments, and assisted stretching. Kaya's work goes beyond symptom relief—addressing the root causes of pain while supporting clients in preventing recurrence due to posture, repetitive movement, or emotional holding patterns.
Each session is a deeply personalized and holistic experience, aimed at restoring structural balance, breaking down scar tissue, releasing stored trauma, and relieving emotional stress. Kaya’s goal is to help clients return to a state of joyful, pain-free living through compassionate, science-based care.
