Join us for a seasonal gathering of Flora Fika - a Swedish-inspired ritual of slowing down, savoring seasonal flavors, and nurturing connection.

Hosted by Jen Anderson of Flora•Soma and The Garden Bakery, this gathering weaves together the warmth of seasonal tea, handmade treats, and the nourishment of community. Together, we will honor the Autumn Equinox with a simple, earth-centered ritual that invites us to reflect on the balance of light and dark, both within nature and within ourselves.

Guests are warmly invited to wear black and white attire as a symbolic gesture of this seasonal harmony. 

Guests will have the opportunity to purchase treats from The Garden Bakery to take home with them as well as a seasonal floral essence ritual from Flora•Soma.
